1. Purpose
These Investment Terms and Conditions set out the terms under which THE WYKE FUND offers and manages cryptocurrency investments for its clients.
2. Investment Terms
The client opens an account on the platform and makes an initial deposit in either cryptocurrency or fiat currency (USD).
THE WYKE FUND manages all trading operations in accordance with its internal strategy.
Clients can monitor their investments in real time via a secure dashboard.
3. Deposits and Withdrawals
Deposits can be made via crypto-to-crypto transfer, bank transfer, credit card, or cash deposit.
Withdrawals are possible at any time, subject to validation by THE WYKE FUND in accordance with the applicable terms.
Any transaction-related fees will be clearly disclosed to the client.
4. Risks
The client acknowledges that cryptocurrency investments carry a high risk of volatility and potential loss.
THE WYKE FUND implements professional asset management and holds insurance that covers certain risks, including those related to cyberattacks.
No guarantees of returns are provided, and past performance does not guarantee future results.
5. Insurance
THE WYKE FUND has obtained specific insurance to recover all or part of the invested capital in the event of a cyberattack, security breach, or significant asset loss.
6. Client Obligations

- Notify THE WYKE FUND of any relevant changes
7. Responsibilities
THE WYKE FUND is responsible for managing operations in accordance with its policy.
The client is responsible for the consequences of any request to suspend or modify management.
THE WYKE FUND cannot be held liable for losses resulting from events beyond its control, except where covered by the applicable insurance.
8. Term and Termination
The investment agreement is concluded for an indefinite period.
The client may request the closure of their account and the withdrawal of available funds at any time.
9. Modification of Terms
THE WYKE FUND may amend these Investment Terms and Conditions with prior notice. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the changes.
10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by UK law. Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of the United Kingdom.
